The SAT MANAGER plus point:

To preserve the innovative nature of the company, we organized complete site and build security. Because the Levisys company was in a creation and development phase, we adapted the project to their needs in line with the results of tests carried out on prototypes. And we selected specialized companies who could meet both the hyper-technical nature of the work, and the need for strict confidentiality.

Levisys is a new and innovative company specializing in the manufacture of inertia flywheels to store and release energy. On their new site, Levisys needed offices, but above all a production and assembly workshop for the various elements of energy storage. We had to take account of, and manage, several constraints in order to render the building suitable for a developing business. From the arrival of the parts – the “raw materials” – through the assembly of the flywheels to the expedition of the finished product, we respected the specifications of our client so that the building would fully meet their needs. The workshop space had to meet strict cleanliness criteria (“clean-room”) to minimise dust in the atmosphere which could affect the assembly of the parts. We designed the building with the client’s current market position in mind, taking into account a future possible need for expansion that could not be currently assessed.
