Once the plans and proposals had been validated, there was only a short time to complete the build considering the scale of the work. Taking charge of the whole operation as a complete package allowed us to be reactive. Thanks to our twin expertise, in industry and in viticulture, we were able to optimize the build conditions.

The Nicolas Feuillate Champagne-Viticulture Centre presented us with the challenge of creating a site that would be worthy of the reputation of the leading champagne brand in France, third in the world. The two projects concerned on the one hand an administrative building housing the head office and on the other, a production facility where would be installed new reserve wine vats and a client reception centre dedicated to the brand.

Thanks to our long-standing collaboration with the Viticulture Centre, we had an excellent knowledge of the site and of previous construction projects. One of the first things to do was to listen carefully to the client’s needs, notably via meetings and exchanges with the directors, the section managers and the teams in the field. These discussions led to a proposal involving the demolition of the old offices and the creation in their place of a modern head office and wine vats, then of the reception area, which would be like the brand’s identity, youthful and dynamic. We also undertook to make the whole site safe and secure.
