The SAT MANAGER plus point:

This project’s major challenge lay not in the technical nature of the build, but in the fact that the site always had to be totally safe for the public users of the facility, who would be present during the works and who would have specific needs.

Concerning the acoustics of the music workshop, we called in specialist suppliers. During the whole build, we made sure that the companies selected were made fully aware of the special context of this project. Our strength was to define a comprehensive specification sheet, thanks to precise communication with our client and to our ability to adapt to the restrictions imposed.

In the framework of 4 linked projects, Sat Manager established with their client a very precise specification sheet. This included:

– administrative offices: renovation of the offices, and adaptation of the reception area to meet the new ERP rules (establishment open to the public).

– entertainment spaces: creation of a music workshop with a rest room, a concert room and a rehearsal and recording space. This area needed to have specific acoustic qualities.

– boiler room: Replacement of the boiler, and an update of the heating following a complete inspection and diagnosis report from a specialist bureau.

– lastly, the technical plateau to be used by maintenance personnel.

Whether in the modernization of the offices or the creation of the music workshop, the special needs of the users of the facility entailed numerous client meetings, to ensure that the future space would be totally adapted to their needs.
